Hi, I’m 14 and I have also been touching my elbows ever since I could remember, I started touching my my moms elbows when I was a toddler as my mom explained, I just remembered that they were so soft, then my grandparents , and then my whole family, and then my own elbows when no one else’s elbows were available at the time. My parents tried to get me to stop every time they saw my touching my elbows, I do it when I about to sleep, really comfy, scared, nervous, or just about any emotion, it helps calm me down , I think it’s more for comfort like a teddy bear or toy , I’m 14 and I still continue doing this I’m glad to see I’m not the only one who does this in the world
