Is it normal that i like to touch my pubic hair?

I used to shave it all completely, until I decided to let it grow to see what it would be like. After I let it grow, I couldn't stop touching and rubbing it. It feels nice, mainly because of the texture of it. Sometimes I catch myself with my hands down my pants feeling it, without even noticing I had put my hand down there in the first place.
