That is halarious, but probably made up. Putting a cat in the refrigerator for 10 seconds will not make a cat cold, that isn't how refrigerators work.
it makes their fur cool to the touch. my cat gets very hot in the summer because she has long fur, and ten or twenty seconds in the fridge makes her feel better. she comes out purring actually
