    It's called exhibitionism. I don't believe it's really all that common, but as it has an official name, you can tell there are others like you.

    As for whether you should stop, I would say yes just because personally, I would be rather disturbed by watching some guy masturbate and I can probably assume I'm not alone in that feeling.
