I look around..like a normal person..at sky...people..buildings..mannequinns in picture windows.. I never "stare" at people because I have no reason to do so and I don't wanna be a douche bag. There is something very primal about staring at other people. If you like to do this, I strongly encourage you to get another past time b/c one day someone may really not like it and you may get hurt.
