    It's not necessarily normal, but fairly common. I know you enjoy it, but this is the kind of thing where you really need to monitor how much you're doing and where. I'm sure you're doing that already, but just proceed with caution I guess.

      Im a hot mess right now... Ive been in bed all weekend too embarrassed to go to the hospital. I guess I wasn't cautious enough.
