Is it normal that i like to chew on dictionary paper?

I have been really addicted to chewing on paper from: Dictionaries, Books that have that old papery flavor, manilla papers, especially construction paper. Idk whats happening.. like when I find a nice book or something then I just smell it and if I like it then I'll just rip out a piece and try to chew it. If I chew it and I like the taste then I'll just rip out more and more.. until ive chewed and thrown away the whole book. its bad. I have alot of guilt. MY mom has seen it a few times and tells me .. its recycled paper from disgusting things, your gonna get addicted, this and that.. but i cant help it. IDK what to do :(

Is It Normal?

  • Only dictionary paper? Yes that's weirder than just chewing on any paper. At least you're discerning.

  • that's not very normal sorry, sounds like something i'd see in my strange addiction. you should try to seek help for this or stop yourself if possible (or find something else to be addicted to thats healthier)
