Everytime its raining i like to go outside of my house and smell the rain i dunno cus' it got this weird smell is it normal?
I love the smell and sound of rain especially when its pelting down on a tin roof.

I didn't realise it had been remade.. I just had a quick look at a couple of clips.. Looks like it's transferred quite well to the US - I was fearing a toned down 'Shameless meets Roseanne'...

Wanted to mention that if there is no pavement around it smells the same, pretty sure its because it's the smell of it hitting dirt, you must be city people and one who never smelt it probaby raina often where you are or your missing some scent glands
I like the smell of rain, dirt, grass, flowers, and outside in general. Especially during the warmer weather.
It's not really the rain you're smelling, but stuff reacting with the rain.
