I have fallen for my friend who is a little slutty.. (I use slut for lack of a better word) I normally avoid girls like that because I hate people who will just make out or sleep with anyone, but me and her have become pretty close friends. We have shared a lot of deep and personal stuff with each other. I feel that I see her for the person she really is deep down instead of the slut everyone says she is, I think she has a very beautiful personality. I think she deserves to be treated better than how everyone does. I just think she is trying to find love in the wrong places. Is this normal?

    Sluts can be great people. Just don't expect her to stop being a slut for you. It seems like you might have some foolish hope that you can "change" her or "cure" her sluttiness. Is she really "trying to find love in the wrong places" or does she genuinely enjoy being a slut because that's who she is?

    I know people who would consider me a "slut" for only being with 2 guys (i'm 20 btw) and both relationships. I'm thinking maybe this is just lifes way of showing you that "sluts" aren't actually the bad people you think they are

    No such thing as "sluts". Everyone has different values when it comes to sex and relationships. I would say it is normal for you to like her, but if you don't respect her choices or think she needs to be "saved" from other people, maybe she is not right for you.

    i dont get it. guys want u to have sex. they tell u they love u and treat u rite. u have sex so then they dont want u bc ur a slut!??? now everyone knows or thinks they know ur a slut!
    ya i luvvvv sex but it aint like i do it wit somone I dont love JUST for fun even tho its wicked fun.
    maybe shes the same way? does that make her a slut or slutty?

    I married a real slut. It's good to get a slut rather than a bitch. A slut sleeps with everyone including you,and a bitch sleeps with every one appart from you

    It's normal and I'd hate to be one of the people who judge her based on her past. No one is perfect. Give her a chance if you want to explore where this relationship can go but use caution. Make sure she is std free before doing anything. I do not mean this offensively, strictly common sense. Also keep in mind you could end up hurt, dont let her use you for sex.

    I have a friend like you. He's told me the same stuff. I'm the 'slut' here. And a relationship could last easily and people can change

    Sounds to me like she is a nice girl who has made some bad decisions. Which may have a lot to do with low self-esteem, etc. If you are really close to her, you should have a conversation with her about her past. Does she want to change?

    Sounds to me like shes just having a good time and I seriously there is a great difference in maturity here and a relationship between you will not last. you seem to want a nice pure girl and she obviously is not

    Well, yeah. All "sluts" are people with personalities. Being promiscuous or however you define sluttiness doesn't automatically mean that someone's a bad person. It's normal, and commendable, to like someone for who they are.
    If you're pursuing an exclusive relationship with her, though, make sure you know what you're getting into, otherwise you might be hurt.
