Honestly this sounds more like a type of fetish to me. I'm a female and I recognize the fact that I find men attractive partially because they are physically stronger and can protect me. On the other hand they are capable of over powering me and doing whatever they want. It sounds kinky but it's actually pretty damn sexy.
I don't think the OP necessarily thinks little of these women he's just looking for a woman that compliments that sort of relationship. Where he can be the stronger one in the relationship, the masculine one.
I get you, most males do like to feel like the protector, but if the OP has as much "impressive mass" as he says then he should be physically stronger & therefore feel dominant with most girls.
There should be no need to aim for "skinny, weak girls"
