Is it normal that i like pouring water on myself?

As said previously, any time I have any kind of water (in a spray bottle, in a water bottle, the shower nozzle, garden hose, w/e) available to me, I want to just pour it all over myself. It's not any kind of sexual thing, I just really like water.
I do like getting in swimming pools as well, but not as much, as I hate my hair getting all clumped together and annoying and stuck to me (I have pretty long hair.)
