Is it normal that I like my pear with the peel?

Besides school lunches from a decade ago no.

I perfer fresh fruits. Even if I eat canned fruit it's the type of fruit where the peel cant be eaten; oranges, mangos, pineapple.

Not on their own. I've eaten them as part of a dessert, along with other fruit and ice cream.
