It depends on why you like looking at them. Curiosity? Healthy. Pleasure? Not very much. (Though both may be common, one is not normal, just as in the sense mental illness is not normal but is common)
When you look at these pictures, do you crave them? ('them' = situations in which you are the cause of the death, touching the body and/or an innate urge to have it.) Not healthy. (Though personally I'm one to speak. But hey, do as I say, not as I do, right?)
As others have mentioned, great gore material can be found at documenting reality, and at my personal favorite- goregrish.
Just take care of yourself, use your moral compass, or otherwise your commonsense.
