I don't know man, there's better contraception than something that literally desensitizes sex, loads of different alternatives. From snips to pills, there's loads. So pregnancy on that part really isn't a thing I'm worried about.
All of the times I've had sex it was with someone who I was sure of that was clean. Wether we got tested before or they were a virgin at the time. Save for one double-one night stand, but I was safe that night.

Yeah you posted it before, someone being abusive in any way can drive a person to do irrational things but I don't really think it makes it okay to cheat if you know what I mean?
No problem at all. I don't mind reading. Trust is to be earned, not to be given I guess. Although I did always trust my partners, even if some betrayed it.
