Is it normal that i like having a french manicure?

I'm a guy, and a couple weeks ago my female friend who's in beauty school asked if she could practice doing a french manicure on my nails. I thought it was weird, but I let her do it, and I found out that I really like having them this way! I've gotten a few weird looks, but girls compliment my nails all the time. Do you think it would be normal if I kept getting manicures like this?
