  • It's actually bad for you to starve yourself like this. Your body goes into survival mode, and stores more in your fat cells when you do eat. If you aren't gaining weight because of it, it's certainly not helping you lose weight. I'd suggest small snacks throughout the day--you'll have even more energy, and while you'll end up eating more than two-to-three large meals would have you eating by the end of the day, it'll speed up your metabolism, allowing you to digest food, and burn calories faster.
