No, it's not normal. However, it doesn't hurt anyone as a fantasy. Most fantasies are better left as fantasies though (not that you would be able to actually have sex with a dragon).
Don't let it take over to much of your life though because you will suffer for it. I don't think it helps you finding a partner if you openly start by saying "I'm into dragons sexually"
Everyone goes through a sexulization phase it goes away eventually. Unless it doesn’t then I guess you would be a furry then. Which is fine as long as it’s done in your own home. And doesn’t harm anything.
