Contrary to popular opinion, gayness isn't necessarily all about sex. If you could fall in love with a man, then yeah, you're most likely gay or bi. If not, you're just exploring your sexuality.
I'm not sure why everyone is so hung up on who does what with whom, and why we choose to label ourselves. You are yourself, not a label or a sexuality. Just enjoy your life and don't worry about stuff like this.
