Legally, no, there's nothing wrong with it. Meet somewhere in public. I know it's supposedly a woman and you're a guy but people are crazy, so play it safe. If it turns out she actually is a chick and you hit it off at first, just don't let your guard down too easily. You probably think it's cool to hang out with an older chick but think about this: The chances are good that there's a reason why a 30-year-old chick is browsing MySpace for barely legal dudes.
Not to make any assumptions, and maybe she's great and you've met the love of your life and whatnot, but like I said....chances are good that this isn't quite what you think. Just don't invest too many feelings in this until you know exactly what her story is.
