Stay away. If you have any respect for him at all. He is in a relationship with someone else. If it's you he wanted he would be with you. Look at it this way if his in a relationship and you say you flirt with eachother and just maybe he cheats on his gf with you what makes you think he won't do the same to you if you both got together. Men love attention but it takes a true man to stay loyal and faithful to the person they have chose to be with. The relationship will mean more to them than a quickie with someone. The bond between him and his partner means more. Only weak people cheat. Stay away. If he wants you let him go through the proper channels rather than interfere in something you have no right to. I feel sorry for his girlfriend and totally agree with her by telling you to keep out. It's not necessarily you have a chance with him it's you trying to get him to cheat or dump her. Leave it be. Time will tell if your destined to be together or not. I hate men and women who like hitting on other peoples partners. Leave em alone and go find someone who's single. There in a relationship for a reason.
