There's nothing wrong with having feelings for the same sex, and there's definitly nothing wrong with having feeling for a younger person. It's all quite natural. Most relationships that I've had (with boys and girls) have been with some one younger.
My advice is: Pursue this. You shouldn't ignore feeling lke these. Go slow at first. You could ask around, find out a bit more about her. Try to start a conversation with her; I'm sure you have something in common. Even if she's not interested with in that way, there's no reason why you can't be friends.
Is it normal that I like a girl from 7th grade when I'm 17 and a girl?
