Is it normal that i let my dog drink my pee?

Is it normal that when I am peeing, I pee in a cup on occasion and feed it to my dog? He doesn't seem to mind, but it has stunted his growth, like by a lot, he's a 1'6 German Shepherd I started when he was a pup.
