    True it is a waste of time. Still technically stalking him would be actually following him around and keeping tabs on him which i have no intention of doing.

    I do think your thinking about just not wasting my time is a little flawed. He's not obligated to like me, no shit, but does that mean i shouldn't even try?

        Honestly, I don't think she is to the stalker point yet. She is respecting his privacy, and not really obsessing about him. If his left ear is unpierced, she is going to leave him alone.

        If she starts a conversation and he brushes her off, then anything after that point is stalking.
