  • Hey dude, I was a varsity track runner in high school and I know exactly what you're talking about. Often we would lose six pounds during practice, gain it all back in the morning, etc. You've done a great job by losing those 50 pounds. Also remember that you grew 2 inches as well (maybe it was a late growth spurt) and that you've probably put on some muscle, which could account for the extra weight (muscle's heavier than fat). As long as you exercise regularly and get those 6 meals in, don't worry about those extra few pounds because they're vital for recovery post-workout. And always remember to enjoy food. It's your fuel.
