    I doubt it I don't have any bulges on my pubic area it feels like maybe a prostate issue but for how young I am that shouldn't be happening

      Try coughing and see if it bulges while you cough. If it does, that's what it is As for how young you are, it doesn't matter. Hernias can happen at anytime to nearly everyone.
