I know the feeling. It's really horrible and I struggle with it too sometimes. I just wish I knew what I want! It would make things so much easier wouldn't it? When your own feelings are so confusing and conflicting, it's really difficult to decide what to do about it.
Don't think about it too much though. Just take things as they come, and never fight back your feelings or try to suppress or ignore them. Come to terms with them, and try to figure out why you're feeling the way you are. If you don't then those feelings of uncertainty will escalate even more.
