You say that you're not allowed to say specifically what they've done because of the rules of this site, which implies that you're the victim of child sexual abuse.
I've never had to deal with that, so I can't even begin to suggest what you should do in order for you to come to terms with it and move your life in a positive direction. Generally speaking, it seems to me that dwelling on the wrongs done to us isn't a very positive thing. Still, I can see how keeping a list could be helpful because one of the ways people deal with childhood trauma is to bury it so deep they have no conscious recollection of the incidents, but the hurt can still fester away and manifest in peculiar forms later in life. Perhaps having a written record might make it easier for you to pin down exactly what happened and eventually deal with it.
If you're a teen, it's understandable that people who don't really know your parents would dismiss your expression of hatred for them, and write you off as just another hormonal, immature, angsty teenager. If you're an adult, then the reaction isn't excusable, and I think you should reconsider who you share these thoughts with and possibly review your decisions on who you consider a friend.
