It's not a very healthy thing to do. You don't gain anything from "proving" to others or yourself that they are bad. The more you think of it in that light, the more harm you do to yourself.
If they really are that bad, you should try and move out as soon as possible, and before you can do that, try to protect yourself mentally. That list just poisons your mind, does it really make you feel better to dwell on the bad things they have done? If you can, seek some help so you feel better, and try to focus on yourself. Maybe your parents are bad, but you feeling all that hatred won't make you any better.
