Is it normal that i just can't understand girls' body language?

I'm a guy of 18 years. It's really hard for me to guess what girls are thinking about me. It's not like I have never had one, but I just can't consider by their behavior whether a girl is attracted to me or not. Maybe I'm unable to "read" this language or most of the girls I like and where I try to find out if they like me or not, accually do like me. I mean that could also be possible since my best friend told me many girls are into me and she really has to know. Anyways, that's getting annoying... The one, I'm trying to get a date with, is simply unreadable or something. One day she texts the shit out of her phone and as soon as I ask her for a date or anything in this direction, she doesn't answer for a long time. Then when I'm already giving up she says yes. So wtf? Are girls that different? -.- The last one replied asap.
So? is it normal not to be able to read the "unspoken language"?
(& Is it gonna get better with more experience?)

    Wow I must have a really good sense of speech. I can understand them easy. But seriously if a woman is grabbing your dick I'm pretty sure she wants to grab your dick. If she's leaning away from you I'm pretty sure she doesn't want to be near you, if she is talking seductively and using a lot of body contact I think she wants to have some sort of sexual relation with you(unless she is slapping you in the face for trying to touch her tits, I think that means she is mad).

    Don't waste ur time. Focus on facial expressions and tonality. It's easier.

    Huh. Sounds to me like she made sure she didn't have any other plans instead. Most chicks of they are seriously interested in a guy will respond asap.
