Is it normal that i intentionally burn myself with my hair dryer?

For months now I always find myself intentionally burning this one part on the back of my neck with a hair dryer to the point where it's left a scorch mark. I try to refrain from burning that one spot and sometimes burn other parks of my neck or my shoulders, but regardless, I can't blow dry my hair without the urge to burn myself.

Please get some professional help before you permanently damage yourself! If you care enough about your appearance to blow dry your hair, imagine how you're going to look with burn scars on your body, not to mention risking skin cancer from the repeated skin trauma.

This is a mental health issue that needs attention asap. I finally went and got help after intentionally pulling taste buds off my tongue until I bled. Over and over. Please please know that it's not normal. There is an underlying issue, whether subconscious or not. If you need encouragement or support you are always welcome to contact me. I'm so sorry.
