If this is a larger company please report all of this to HR, and tell them that you are considering filing a sexual assault and harassment claim against the company.
If its a smaller company go to the owner (or top manager) and tell them the same.
In 99%+ of cases the problems will vanish quickly - and you will still be employed.
If the other option happens... follow through with your legal threat - only add "wrongful termination" to the claim. It's a virtual slam dunk legal win in most western countries IF your story is true.
