Omg. I do this too! It started when I was younger. In elementary school, I remember a friend of mine caught me in the act and was like "omg what are you doing?!" And I made up some bullshit explanation. Then about 30 seconds later, she caught me doing it again lmao. Embarassing. But it gives me a sense of security I think.
