  • First off remain perfectly calm especially regarding this. If you need to take some time to just chill out in your room and relax. Don't get stressed over this. Chances are it does not actually mean your "crazy". I experience the same thing. I know from firsthand experience (from before I ever took drugs) that it can lead to an extreme fear of madness which can be scary. However, just be aware that you might hear things that are not real and you will be able to differentiate reality from "unreality" with pretty good ease I bet. At least that's how it was/is for me. I doubt that you have "gone crazy" especially if this has just happened a few times. It has happened to me literally thousands of times since I was probably 15, so I see no reason why it should mean that you are mentally disturbed. It has no negative impact on my life and the experiences like this I have had never led me to do anything dangerous. If it is not causing extreme distress (e.g. you aren't hearing voices telling you to kill yourself or otherwise do harm to yourself or others), I don't see why this has to be a sign of insanity or mental illness. As long as you are a peaceful person who is not harming anyone as a result of this or harming yourself it isn't "crazy"
