This happens to me on a constant basis and I am still sane and have been for the past 6 years it has happened. It wasn't triggered by drugs either, it just happened naturally a while back when I didn't even do drugs and has stayed that way ever since. Sure, it can be annoying, but I am generally fairly comfortable and even if it happens all day like it does with me I would advise against "seeking treatment" unless you really feel distressed by it to the point where it is truly unbearable. I can honestly say I have been hearing things for years and I am ok, despite what some may say all you most likely have is an overactive imagination. If you really do need help then go ahead and get it, I don't mean to discourage anyone, just sharing my own personal experiences with this which is really quite a lot
Is it normal That I hear voices when no one's talking?
