Is it normal to hear a voice in your head that tell you to self harm and then have another that tells you not to? The thing is they're both my voice, and I don't know which ones me...

    i would really suggest talking to someone about this. this is VERY common, but trust me. you will feel LOT more comfortable with this situation if you talked to someone close to you about this.

    The self harm part is where it is not a good thing... def see a doctor and someone that could help you deal with it...
