You don't have to tell anyone about the pregancy until you're ready. If you need a reason, say that you and your gf were just wanting to focus on her recovery without the added stress of having to discuss the pregancy. You have other things on your mind at the moment, it's a legitimate reason.
How long is your gf in the facility? If it's longer than, say, 3mths, maybe it would be best to tell people as she comes to the end of her stay. Is there a counsellor at the facility that you both could talk to about the baby?

Thank you! As of now it is set to be a 1-2 month program. I haven't been in for a meeting yet but it is planned. We are both on the same page about waiting on telling my parents, her parents and a few of her close friends already know. I'm positive the people I tell will be there to support us throughout, I just want us to make the anouncement together. I also know my parents will want to hear about our plans and have a discussion about everything.
Is it normal that I haven't told anyone my girlfriend is pregnant.
