Maybe you're not making yourself approachable. You need to make eye contact with guys you like and say hello sometimes. If they smile back, take another glance again and smile. They will then feel like you're interested and won't feel like you'll reject them. I've seen many fine single girls out and about, but they ignore the guys around them as if they're too good or something. They waste the night texting on their phones and occasionally taking picture with the friends for FB. So annoying.
