  • Look at Your Diet, Activity and Your Sleeping situation that will always rob You of Your Joy Toy! No junk food, sugar, reduce caffeine, Alcohol Eat Right! I'm a bit limp right now and I hate it too! Your adrenal glands are apart of controlling Your Mojo. Pill that are advertised for "Pumping You Up" are Bad for Your Heart Health! Look into taking some supplements like B-Complex Stress formula Magnesium Chelate, Intervals of Vitamin C through out the day and a Zinc supplement.
