    hang on..I've come across many people who have smoked meth and they have no sores at all and have been doing it for ages, so what makes the sores appear..?

      Too long up or really good shit! The sores are self inflicted. It's called picking!

      Not everyone gets sores mainly sensitive skin types i knowww PLENTY of people who are on that shit and there skin looks like it has severe acne
