Is it normal that i have unwanted sexual thoughts

I always get unwanted sexual thoughts. When I'm in school, my mind gets sexual thoughts with my teacher which I don't want, I snap out of it then go back to thinking about it again.

I really don't like it

    Fantasies aren't the same as desires. They're random and they don't necessarily mean anything.

    I think it's normal even if it's really uncomfortable. I personally try to just do something else to distract myself, and realize that it's not horrible to have fantasies. It's probably more hormonal than anything, not your fault.

    Me too but mostly because of memories, not a teacher. I Have to focus on content to distract myself. It sucks trying to hide it. Gotta snap out of it quick
