Is it normal that i have to use kids toothpaste strawberry flavour?

I have a 5cm Hiatus Hernia, and because of this EVERYTHING gives me bad heartburn, well ok not everything, but a lot of thing. One of the main things that gives me heartburn is mint, so I can't use normal toothpaste because I can't find a normal adult one that is not mint flavour. So I have to use kid ones.

    If you go to.a whole foods they might have like clove flavor and such.

    I hate mint and I only get mint flavored toothpaste
