There could be several reasons. First, you could be over hydrated, or your body just thinks that you are over-hydrated (it really does happen!) Eat some salty foods to absorb the water. Second you may have in-advertently taken a diuretic which makes your body go to the bathroom more often. It is in many teas, diet pills, and even prescription medications. Finally it could be a bladder or kidney infection, the beginning of an infection, or some other type of irritation in that area (does not matter if you are male or female).
