Is it normal that i have to always have hand cream & lipbalm with me?

I severely dislike having dry hands and lips, I always have to carry hand cream and lipbalm with me. I stock up on at least three of each at a time, and if I run out I feel a little panicked.
I think the worst part is that I have that thing where I can't touch velvet or other super soft/fluffy materials without wanting to gag. And having dry hands makes that feeling even worse.
Does anyone else feel like this?

    Perhaps you are a little bit OCD or something?
    unusual I would say, but harmless.

    I alway carry lip balm with me too. It is normal to hate to have dry lips and hands.

    I understand the dry chappy hands and touching soft fabric - there is that scratchy feeling, like you have scales or something --- HATE that feeling.
    Its normal - your just more prepared! Nothing wrong with that.
