  • Yeah, you need to talk to somebody about this. Go to a counselor or a close relative if you have one that you trust. It's not good to hurt yourself like that, people care about you!

    With the exercise, you just have to make yourself do it. I know you probably don't feel like doing it before hand, but after you do it you will feel much better about yourself mentally and physically. Consistency in how often you exercise is key, not how much you exercise in one sitting (though the more you do it, the better results you will get). Also, you need to have a healthy diet! Go to your local library or a book store and purchase a book on health food diets or something.
