Certainly. I've seen some chicks with shirts that have slits cut in them or some part of it cut out or off with their tattoos perfectly visible through said slits. Like really?? You did that on purpose woman. Just get naked instead mmkay.

I have one tat because its the only image I felt so attached to that I wanted it on my body. Its something I drew up myself and my artist and I played with the design it until it came out the way I wanted it.
It's in an area where most bathing suits I wear don't show it off. And frankly that's why I got it in the spot that I did because I wanted it for me not to show off. If I ever decide to get another one I definitely want to keep it discreet, I feel like my tat is a special part of me and it won't be special if everyone gets to see it
