A lot of people get emotional - some more than others. It's not weird at all but if it's affecting your day-to-day life you might want to consider some methods of dampening it down. What works for me - and I'm not saying it'll work for you but maybe it's worth a try - is breathing exercises, particularly when it's more of a sudden irrational feeling and not really based on outside influences. Next time you feel it all bubbling up try sitting down and breathing in and out really slowly and steadily 10-15 times. It sounds dumb but it works for me 9 times out of 10. Also, seeing a professional therapist/counsellor/analyst/whatever might be a good idea, if even just to vent for a little while.
Is it normal that I have severe emotional issues?
