I totally understand. It could be a self esteem issue and not accepting yourself. Spend time getting to know your interests or finding your interests. If you like cooking start looking up recipes and cooking. The more you do what you love the more you'll have to talk about. Also work on being a good listener. People love to talk about themselves. Show them that you are interested in what they have to say. Its called the law of giving. If you want people to notice you then take the time to notice them. Don't do what you want for yourself but to others. That's how you get what you want. Work on accepting all of yourself. I have the exact dilemma. I've been slowly working on accepting myself. I read a few books that will definately help you. Be Yourself, Everyone else is taken by Mike Robbins, and the 7 spiritual laws of success.(something like that) Your night going to change overnight.
