I do very much of the housework. Dishes, wash floors, vacuum, help with laundry. I'm not much for dusting, but I do anything else that is needed. I am more of a clean freak than she is.
I had wondered if she was seeing someone else, and have openly asked her in a non-threatening way on a number of different occasions. Honestly, I almost wished she would have said yes. I think it would be less painful knowing she was having an affair verses not understanding why we don't.
I've never done anything intentional to hurt her. I've never came home drunk, I've never been gone for days on end without telling her. I've never verbally abused her and certainly have never even considered hitting her.
I would give her the world, but I don't think she wants it...from me.
Of course she said 'no' when asked. When I first challenged my cheating wife, with a print of a text from him to her that said he would have to 'wash the soggy bed sheets' before his wife came home, and her reply apologizing for being 'too wet' - she still flat denied it.
