If what you are telling us is true, why would she care? It doesn't sound like she's going to rekindle your physical relationship, and you certainly sound like you've given up.

Sex certainly isn't the most important part of a marriage, but it doesn't sound as if you care for her at all, so I'm with those above in saying; break up. Both of you should have an opportunity for happiness without the other.
