I'll just echo what the others have already said. If you cheat, you're a douche. If you have issues in your relationship work through them. If they can't be worked out, get a divorce. Hell, maybe there's just something up with her libido and if you have a very open minded wife she would condone you seeking purely sexual satisfaction elsewhere. Doubtful, but stranger things have happened. But cheating is never a good act.
